Business & Personal

Are you ready to take the next step in your professional life? Have you lost the drive & vision for the lifestyle you dreamt of having one day? Neuro Strategic Coaching starts with the reconditioning of the brain because the mind will quit before the body will even try. Recognize the behavior patterns that do not support you, master your emotions and set the course for a life of action & fulfillment.

We offer coaching sessions by phone, video conference and in-person. Our office is located in Miami, FL. We start with an initial assessment to clearly define your short term and long term goals, everything from communication skills to personal acceptance. We will use these goals as a foundation to create a strategy for attaining these objectives.

Take Action

Once you have a plan of action it’s time to get to work! Results are the product of action taken consistently with full awareness and alignment with your goal.

Repeat

You’ve heared it before and you’ll hear it again. Repetition is the mother of skill and to truly live the life of your choosing you have to work at it consistently.

Neuro Strategic Complex Trauma Center™

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can develop after exposure to a significant emotional experience (SEE), a traumatic event that is beyond an ordinary stressor. Events that may lead to PTSD include, but are not limited to, sudden loss, divorce, violent personal assaults, natural or human-caused disasters, accidents, combat, and other forms of violence. Exposure to events like these is common. Approximately one half of all U.S. adults will experience at least one SEE in their lives, but most do not develop PTSD. People who experience PTSD may have persistent, frightening thoughts and memories of the event(s), experience sleep problems, feel detached or numb, or may be easily startled. In severe forms, PTSD can significantly impair a person’s ability to function at work, at home, and socially.

A person cannot develop complex trauma without having repeated SEEs within his or her life. Some examples of SEEs that can cause complex trauma include the following:

L
Victims of human trafficking
L
Kidnapping victims
L
Victims of abandonment or chronic neglect
L
Victims of Domestic Violence
L
Carjacking victims
L
Multiple tours in combat
L
Captivity as a prisoner of war (POW)
Persons who experience SEEs resulting in complex trauma may develop similar symptomology to PTSD, such as hypervigilance, dissociation, and re-experiencing their SEEs. Additional symptoms may include:
L
Anger
L
Guilt
L
Hurt
L
Suicidal ideations
L
Feeling of helplessness

Family Mediation
L
Sadness
L
Shame
L
Distrust
L
Rage

These symptoms can be so powerful and overwhelming that a person can begin to participate in conduct that goes against their character, believes and values resulting in attachments or abuse of alcohol, narcotics, or unhealthy relationships with people, places, or things (i.e., food). Moreover, individuals experiencing complex trauma are also likely to adopt behaviors of self-harm and dissociative patterns of behavior avoiding conversations that would create opportunities for transformation and healing.

OUR TOOLS

The latest developments in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) & Quantum Time Techniques™ are a unique and unmatched method for creating powerful change in business, education, and therapy. Quantum Time Technique™ utilizes a person’s own internal “Time Line” to work with their unconscious minds in a variety of ways; including, healing emotional traumas and eradicating unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

Quantum Time Technique™ has been so successful in its results & has been utilized by thousands of people including psychiatrists, psychologists, marriage and family counselors, social workers, life and business coaches, and even athletic coaches.

Your “Time Line” is how you unconsciously store your memories or how you unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future. Behavioral change in an individual takes place at an unconscious level. People don’t change consciously. The Quantum Time Techniques™ allow you to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change “inappropriate” programming in minutes rather than days, months or years. Are you bothered by Negative Emotions? Want to get rid of some emotional baggage?
